About Tetra
Chelsea Foster
Chelsea Foster is an art director and graphic designer who brings her expertise to the team at Tetra. With a focus on graphic and web design, Chelsea excels in branding and marketing development. Her creative touch is evident in a wide range of projects, including children's workbooks, posters, mailers, postcards, textbooks, social media content, and digital platforms.
Beyond graphic design, Chelsea's talent extends to other artistic mediums, including murals, commercial photography, and visual arts. Notable works include the public mural at M&T Bank and Schaffer Wholesale Florists in York, PA, as well as the engaging doodle mural at Keystone Kidspace.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Chelsea cherishes quality time spent with her family and finds exhilaration riding her motorcycle. Traveling to new destinations, baking treats, and indulging in the pleasure of reading books are among her favorite pastimes.
Tiffani Spangler
Tiffani Spangler is a strategist, entrepreneur and lifelong observer of how people make decisions, build relationships and find meaning in the things around them. She is equal parts data lover and creative thinker: someone who can move comfortably between a financial forecast, a client conversation and an afternoon spent making collages.
Before joining Tetra full time, Tiffani spent more than a decade in the consumer packaged goods industry, where she translated consumer and economic trends into business decisions, managed demand planning for more than 2,000 products and helped distribute multimillion-dollar brands to grocery retailers across the country. That experience shaped the practical, curious approach she now brings to Tetra Creative.
Outside the studio, Tiffani is the creator of Studied Syntax, an ongoing correspondence and collage project that explores language, connection and the intimacy of receiving something made by hand. She is also a book nerd, film photographer and motorcyclist who is usually thinking about her next project—or her next ride.
Gregory Timmons
Gregory Timmons has worked in the video production industry since 2010 and covers diverse events such as New York Fashion Week, foundries, and documentaries. Greg, an Eagle Scout from Troop 25, also shares his expertise as an Adjunct Professor of Video at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design.
Always on the lookout for new learning opportunities, he remains dedicated to lifelong learning and personal growth. Greg’s pursuits range from acquiring a second language (he is fluent in German and English) to assembling his video editing computers by hand, and achieving certifications in P2 Paragliding, Scuba, Drone Piloting to Wilderness First Responder medical training.
